The Website https://dentry.app (hereinafter, the "Website") and the associated Dentry platform are owned by Roques OÜ, a company incorporated under Estonian law, with registered address at Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn (Estonia) and contact email hello.dentry@gmail.com.

Access to and use of the Website and the Platform implies acceptance of the provisions set out in this Legal Notice. This document is provided in English and Italian; should any discrepancy arise between the two versions, the Italian version shall prevail.

The Website aims to provide information about Dentry and to enable access to the Platform, where registered users can manage their dental practice operations, including calendar and shift scheduling, seat and room management, employee skills and competencies, assessments, development plans, task management, KPI tracking, performance evaluation, and bonus assignments. Any use other than that strictly permitted in this Legal Notice or in the applicable terms and conditions will be considered unauthorized.

The Website and the Platform are aimed exclusively at natural or legal persons acting within the framework of their professional or business activity, in particular dental clinics, studios, and professionals. The Platform is a multi-tenant, business-to-business (B2B) service and is not provided to consumers.

The user agrees to use the Website diligently, respecting the law, good faith, public order, and the basic rules of digital conduct. Any use that may cause damage to Dentry's or third parties' systems, alter the operation of the Website, or access restricted areas without authorization is prohibited.

Likewise, the use of scraping techniques, automated data extraction, mass indexing, or any similar method to obtain information from the Website without prior written authorization from Dentry is prohibited.

If the user provides data through the Website (forms, support, or registration), they warrant that such data is accurate, complete, and up to date. Dentry assumes no responsibility for false, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the user or by third parties related to them.

All content of the Website and the Platform (including texts, images, videos, software, designs, interfaces, logos, trademarks, and other elements) is the exclusive property of Roques OÜ or is used under a valid license. Its reproduction, distribution, transformation, or public communication without express written authorization is prohibited.

The user must at all times respect any copyright or industrial property notice incorporated into the Website or the Platform.

Dentry makes reasonable efforts to ensure continued access to the Website. However, the absence of interruptions caused by maintenance tasks, technical incidents, third-party actions, failures in external providers, or circumstances beyond Dentry's reasonable control is not guaranteed.

Where possible, the user will be notified of scheduled interruptions in advance. In no case will such interruptions give rise to any compensation.

The Website may contain links to third-party sites for the sole purpose of providing additional information. Dentry does not supervise, control, or endorse the content, policies, or practices of such sites and assumes no responsibility for any damage arising from their use.

Including links to the Website from third-party sites without prior written authorization is not permitted.

The user accesses and uses the Website under their sole responsibility. Dentry does not guarantee that the Website is free from security errors arising from networks or systems outside the owner's control.

The processing of the user's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on this same Website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Privacy Policy sets out the data processed, the applicable legal basis, the user's rights, and the retention periods.

Dentry may update or modify this Legal Notice whenever it deems necessary. The version in force at any given time will be the one published on the Website.

This Legal Notice is governed by Estonian law. Any dispute relating to access to or use of the Website will be submitted to the competent courts of Tallinn (Estonia), unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
